How HydraGPU sources, documents and ships AI accelerators — with full regard for EU and US export controls and end-to-end provenance.

EU and US controls, respected.
Accelerators are regulated goods. We handle transactions in line with EU export-control and sanctions rules (Dual-Use Regulation (EU) 2021/821) and applicable US export administration regulations (BIS / EAR). This is not an afterthought — it is part of how we source.
Documented, end to end.
New units carry a documented chain from authorized Taiwan distributors and OEM partners. Refurbished units come from verified European datacenter decommissions with a test record. We do not source from gray or unauthorized channels.
Nothing ships untested.
Every refurbished GPU is inspected, benchmarked and stress-tested before dispatch, and each unit is serial-tracked through to its 12-month warranty.
Know your buyer.
As a B2B supplier we carry out proportionate checks on order end-use and end-users, and we document our buyers in line with the applicable compliance framework. We do not transact where there is reason to believe a controlled good would reach a sanctioned or restricted destination.
A compliant path from Taiwan to your rack.
HydraGPU sources new hardware through authorized Taiwan distributors and OEM partners — legitimate, documented manufacturers' channels — and ships it to EU customers in compliance with applicable EU and US export-control rules. We do not source, broker or re-route controlled accelerators in a manner that would violate export controls or sanctions. This is what makes the "cut out the middlemen" model possible and compliant: we buy close to the source through legitimate channels, not through gray-market diversion.
Refurbished units are acquired from verified European datacenter decommissions, tested in-house, and sold with a documented test record and a 12-month warranty.

Jede refurbished GPU wird vor dem Versand geprüft, benchmarked und stresstestet — jede Einheit ist bis zur 12-monatigen Garantie serial-tracked.

Als B2B-Lieferant führen wir verhältnismäßige Prüfungen von Endverwendung und Endabnehmern durch und dokumentieren unsere Käufer im Rahmen des anwendbaren Compliance-Regelwerks. Wir tätigen keine Geschäfte, wenn Grund zur Annahme besteht, dass ein kontrolliertes Gut ein sanktioniertes oder beschränktes Ziel erreichen würde.

HydraGPU beschafft neue Hardware über autorisierte Taiwan-Distributoren und OEM-Partner — legitime, dokumentierte Herstellerkanäle — und liefert sie an EU-Kunden unter Einhaltung der anwendbaren EU- und US-Exportkontrollvorschriften. Wir beschaffen, vermitteln oder leiten kontrollierte Beschleuniger nicht auf eine Weise um, die Exportkontrollen oder Sanktionen verletzen würde. Genau das macht das Modell „Zwischenhändler überspringen“ möglich und konform: Wir kaufen nahe an der Quelle über legitime Kanäle — nicht über Graumarkt-Umleitungen.
Refurbished-Einheiten stammen aus verifizierten europäischen Datacenter-Decommission-Projekten, werden intern getestet und mit dokumentiertem Testnachweis sowie 12 Monaten Garantie verkauft.
